The hosts were very welcoming and the hotel accommodation is homely and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and our bathroom was particularly spacious. The tea and coffee making facilities were very good with fresh coffee and homemade shortbread. The breakfast was ordered the night before but there was plenty of choice and was the best we had had on our 10 day road trip in Scotland. The property is ideally located being just a couple of minutes walk from the seafront and beach. There was also plenty of off road parking. All in all, highly recomnended and thanks to the hosts.

Amazing historical house in a fantastic location close to the East beach. Very welcoming hosts Hugh and Ali, providing loads of useful guest information and interesting conversations. Beautiful room with a very comfy bed and huge bathroom with a big shower and separate bath. Thoughtful extras include homemade shortbread and gorgeous smelling soaps, body lotions and bath salts. Delicious breakfast with the best porridge so far on the taste tour! Will definitely rebook.

Everything was excellent. Lovely hosts. Lots of extra touches, like homemade shortbread. The breakfast was exceptional with homemade jam, granola and even butter. We loved the porridge 😋 and the cooked breakfast. Our room number 5 was extremely comfortable and tastefully decorated. Good off road parking on site. Hosts very helpful re local area.

Arriving at this perfectly situated guest house we were welcomed very warmly by Alison who showed us our huge, bright room and huge ensuite bathroom. You could feel the maritime charme immediately. Alison gave us a very good tip for dinner. Lossiemouth House is a few steps away from a great beach. You can have nice walks enjoying a town that obviously is not discoverd by tourist so much and is therefore still a secret tip. After a very relaxing night Hugh cooked us a perfect breakfast. You can have the full scottish breakfast or a "light bite". Try their delicious porridge, it is an experience for all senses. Alison and Hugh are perfect hosts who are lookking for their guest's needs. They made us immediately feel being welcome and made our short stay excellent.

Absolutely EVERYTHING. Lossiemouth House is quite simply STUNNING. It is set in what I can only describe as a quaint village with beautiful scenery and exceedingly kind people - everywhere you go. The hosts at Lossiemouth House, Alison & Hugh are very welcoming and engaging - so much so that we now class them as friends. As a couple we cannot wait to stay again 🥰

Great hosts, we liked the way they scheduled breakfast times so they could give everyone their full attention and not overcrowd the (small) dining room. Enjoyed the breakfast. The room was great and their suggestion for restaurant for dinner was spot on - was close enough to walk but as it was raining we took the car. There was enough parking for everyone so there was room for our car when we came back after dinner.

Everything five star.. From the warm welcome from Alison and Hugh, the accommodation, comfortable and spotless, Breakfast, the best. A choice that caters to all needs. Everything cooked to perfection, homemade apple and pear juice and marmalade that was absolutely delicious. We will definitely return and would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you Alison and Hugh.

This was easily the best stay of our trip. Alison and Hugh are just wonderful and made us feel very at home. The room was charming - cozy beds and a nice modern bathroom with great bath products. Breakfast was exceptional and we enjoyed all the extra touches in the house that relate to it's heritage. It's the kind of place you almost don't want to tell people about lest you can't get a booking when you return!

Beds were super comfy and the room was very clean and tidy. Bathroom was great - we loved the mirror!! - and the shower pressure was really good. Toiletries were of very good quality. Alison and Hugh were excellent hosts and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfasts were very tasty and cooked to perfection, and my son particularly enjoyed his 'off-menu' pancakes on our second morning 😊 We'd definitely stay here again!!

We loved our stay at Lossiemouth House, our hosts Alison &Hugh were very welcoming and friendly with great communication, We were delighted to be given a spacious bright room with a newly renovated bathroom with walk in shower and lovely toiletries.. we had a great sleep in the king-size bed.. Breakfast was lovely with good local produce and lots of choice. Such an interesting old building with lots of history and character..
